Planning successful treatment depends on identifying a person's needs. This page provides interested people with only a limited sample of common bite and tooth alignment issues. Therefore, we invite you to schedule a complimentary initial visit so that Dr. David can specifically diagnose problems and recommend solutions.

Some problems develop early in life while other develop only over time. Dr. David may recommend early, interceptive treatment to prevent issues from arising later. Conversely, treatment for adults can help correct problems after they have started.

The job of an orthodontist is to identify problems with tooth alignment, jaw alignment or functional ailments of the body's chewing system. This means that this gallery of bite problems will not identify deficiencies while the system is in action. A through clinical exam in our office is needed to recognize functional concerns.
